How good this place is depends on who is in the store in my opinion. If you walk in and see an older guy just walk out he is of no help and has no interest in anything but sitting back down. The younger man that works there is always super helpful and seems like he cares about what he’s doing.

Been a customer as long as the store has been open, spent probably 1000’s of dollars, bought a vape with a cap on it for the function of the cap it broke, so I went back to get it changed out and they said they couldn’t do anything even though that’s the reason I bought it and it’s still within the 30 day return policy, this company only cares about moving product not about people or their loyal customers, will never be coming back to this terrible establishment again

Yesterday late afternoon (8/14) I was in the area for an event and came in to purchase some e liquid since it was nearby. I spoke with the gentleman at the front counter about e-liquid. The guy was more knowledgeable about e-liquids than I've ever seen someone. He gave me an amazing recommendation. While talking about e-liquid, we struck up a conversation and cue to me standing in there for almost an hour. The guy was so nice and made my day. If it wasn't 30 minutes away, this would be my new vape store. I didn't catch his name, but you guys need to give him a raise or something; he was phenomenal.

Yesterday I sent my wife up to this shop to get me a new mod (Vape Geek Cyborg), sub ohm tank (UWELL Valyrian III), two batteries (21700), Charger and some Juice. The final bill was aroung 160 dollars. When she got home I told her I was just going to stick with my Uwell Crown IV sub ohm tank and return the Uwell Valyrian II tank she just bought. I really wanted the Valyrian III but they did not have it. Here it is the very next day and she just called me and said they would not take the Uwell Valyrian II tank back. The tank was never opened and still had the tamper proof seal in place and she had the reciept. I am not sure what kind of business this is but I am now sorry I bought anything from this vape shop. Small shops are the backbone to any community and I always try to go to them as much as possible but this is the reason most would rather go online including me now.
